Remove the pad that is on the charging port side using an opening tool.

Remove seven screws from the earpiece using a Phillips screwdriver.
Pry the top panel away from the rest of the speaker using an opening tool.
There will still be wires attached, so be gentle.

Use the soldering iron to carefully desolder five different wires from their respective points.
