Video Overview

Image 1/3: Unscrew the two Philips screws and remove the HDD / RAM Cover. Image 2/3: Unscrew the two Philips screws and remove the HDD / RAM Cover. Image 3/3: Unscrew the two Philips screws and remove the HDD / RAM Cover.
  • Switch off the Laptop and remove the Battery.

  • Unscrew the two Philips screws and remove the HDD / RAM Cover.

Image 1/3: Slide the hard drive assembly to the left to disconnect it from the motherboard. Image 2/3: Slide the hard drive assembly to the left to disconnect it from the motherboard. Image 3/3: Slide the hard drive assembly to the left to disconnect it from the motherboard.
  • Remove three screws securing the hard drive caddy (hard drive assembly).

  • Slide the hard drive assembly to the left to disconnect it from the motherboard.

Image 1/1: You can install 2.5" SATA HDD, 5400rpm / 7200rpm, 320GB / 500GB / 750GB /1TB.
  • Remove the two Philips screws and separate the HDD from the caddy case.

  • You can install 2.5" SATA HDD, 5400rpm / 7200rpm, 320GB / 500GB / 750GB /1TB.

  • After changing / upgrading the HDD you must install an operating system or clone & copy the information from the old HDD to the new one.
