Image 1/1: Remove the five black 80mm Phillips  #0 screws.
  • With the screen closed, place your laptop upside-down with the front facing you.

  • Remove the five black 80mm Phillips #0 screws.

  • Remove the four black 50mm Phillips #0 screws.

  • Use a metal spudger to pry the bottom panel open.

  • Be gentle around the edges.

  • Lift the back panel to expose the inside of the laptop.

  • Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove the five 4mm screws.

  • Peel the wire protective tape off.
