Astro A50 Motherboard Replacement

What you need

  1. Astro A50 Motherboard Replacement, Secondary Motherboard: step 1, image 1 of 2 Astro A50 Motherboard Replacement, Secondary Motherboard: step 1, image 2 of 2
    • Remove the foam ear padding by pulling it straight to you

  2. Astro A50 Motherboard Replacement: step 2, image 1 of 1
    • Remove the four 3.5mm Phillips head screws circled in red, and remove the grey cover

  3. Astro A50 Motherboard Replacement: step 3, image 1 of 1
    • Remove the four 3.5mm Phillips head screws circled in red and remove the silver cover.

  4. Astro A50 Motherboard Replacement: step 4, image 1 of 2 Astro A50 Motherboard Replacement: step 4, image 2 of 2
    • Remove the motherboard remove the four 3.5mm long Phillips head screws circled in red.

    • Remove the 3.5mm Phillips head screw circled in blue to remove secondary motherboard.

  5. Astro A50 Motherboard Replacement: step 5, image 1 of 1
    • Separate the secondary mother board from the motherboard by pulling firmly to the right on the white connector.
