Have the same problem - cannot unscrew those screws (even when I preheated them with soldering station). Have to drill throught them to remove. And now I cannot find the right size of the screws.

  • Next remove the head piece form the ear pieces. make sure to separates the wire that connects the two ear pieces.

  • Lastly replace or repair the broken head pieces. A repair could be as simple as gluing the broken parts. keep in mind when reinstalling to line up the adjusters correctly. make sure they function with the new parts before completely reassembling the head set.
