Introduction

Please do not step on or misuse any of the pieces. Check to see if your head piece is broken or your adjusters are not working correctly.

  1. Remove the six screws—three from each side of the headband These screws have been glued. Apply heat in order to loosen the adhesive.

  2. Remove the head piece from the ear pieces.
    • Remove the head piece from the ear pieces.

    • Separate the wire that connects the two ear pieces.

    • Replace or repair the broken head pieces.

    • A repair could be as simple as gluing the broken parts. When reinstalling to line up the adjusters correctly, make sure they function with the new parts before completely reassembling the head set.

Conclusion

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
