What you need

1. Step 1 Remove the Spring bar from both sides
  Using tweezers carefully poke out the spring bars holding the watch bands in place

2. Step 2 Remove the 4 screws holding Caseback on
  Using a PH00 driver unscrew the 4 screws holing the caseback on

4. Step 3 Remove the screws holding the battery down
  also using a PH00 driver unscrew the 2 screws holding the battery down

5. Step 4 Remove and replace the Battery
  Remove and replace the CR 1616 battery

6. Step 5 Reset the watch
  Using tweezers bridge the gap separating two connectors resetting the watch
