    • Make sure device is powered off and disconnected from any power supply.

    • Disconnect the tablet screen from the magnetic hinge where the keyboard is attached.

    • Pry off the damaged key by using the nylon spudger to gently push the key upwards.

    • If the white plastic horizontal spring becomes misaligned, re-align and pop the two hinges back into place with the tweezers or your fingers.
