Acer Aspire S3-391-6046 Fan Replacement

What you need

  1. Acer Aspire S3-391-6046 Fan Replacement, Back Cover: step 1, image 1 of 1

    • Place laptop upside down.

    • Remove the twelve 5mm screws with a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

    • Lift cover upwards away from you.

    • Unscrew the three screws with a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

    • Use either your hands or the tweezers to gently peel back the tape.

    • Do not pull anything by the wires.

    • Use the tweezers to gently pull the small black plug out.

    • After the plug is out, you should be able to pull the fan assembly out.
