What you need

    • Before you replace the battery, ensure that the device is unplugged and powered off.

    • Pull the upper left switch on the back of the laptop to the left into the unlock position.

    • Pull the upper right switch to the left and hold it in place.

    • Pull the battery straight out.

    • To properly dispose of battery, locate your nearest recycling plant to dispose of it there.

    • Use iFixit’s Jimmy tool to remove the bottom panel of the device.

    • Wedge the tool into the top middle of the panel until the back gently pops off.

    • Push the silver locking tabs on either side of the RAM card outward and the card will pop up to rest at an angle.

    • Slide the card straight out of its housing.

I was lazy to do it the proper way and thought this was a short cut... Sadly the author is an a*** and doesn't show that there are two screws connected to the bottom plastic base. Well I ripped them right off. The right way is to remove the key board and then unscrew the two screws after that you can pop the bottom panel.

Sorry I was wrong it's not 2 screws it was 5 screws that I ripped off.
