Introduction

The speaker inside the headset is what allows the user to hear the the person on the other line. If the user has issues with that, replacing the speaker might solve the problem.

At the top end of the handset, the speaker needed to be replaced it the circular white piece with  red and greed wires connected to it. The speaker is attached to the handset with a slightly sticky adhesive. Pull the speaker out gently to detach from the handset.
