Introduction
This guide will show you how to remove the hard drive from the laptop. The hard drive is where all files on the computer are stored on. By changing the hard drive, you will be able to upgrade the performance of file loading speeds.
Most commonly, you would use this guide to upgrade the hard drive to a more modern one, such as a Solid State Drive (SSD). With a SSD, the computer will load programs significantly faster and will be quieter due to the lack of any moving parts.
Please keep in mind that only 2.5-inch SATA drives can be installed on this laptop, due to the size limitation of the drive bay.

Unscrew the (10) screws on the bottom of the computer chassis using the JIS #0 screwdriver.
