ASUS U52F-BBG6 Hard Drive Replacement

Introduction

This guide will inform you on how to replace your hard drive. This replacement will be very easy as there are only a few screws that need to be taken out during this guide to access and remove the hard drive.

What you need

  1. ASUS U52F-BBG6 Hard Drive Replacement, Hard Drive: step 1, image 1 of 2 ASUS U52F-BBG6 Hard Drive Replacement, Hard Drive: step 1, image 2 of 2

    • Turn the laptop over to the back.

    • Unscrew the two 3mm Phillips screws using a PH0 screwdriver.

    • Lift the small black panel upward by putting your fingernail in the provided slot.

    • Use the J1 screwdriver to unscrew the four 3mm Phillips screws on the hard drive.

    • Slowly pull the hard drive upward with your finger and thumb.
