Introduction
Go to step 1 ↓If your ANKER SoundCore does not charge, your charging port may be broken. If you wish to replace your device’s charging port, you can follow this step-by-step guide.
Before attempting to replace anything, it is recommended that you look at this device’s troubleshooting guide.
You will need an iFixit opening tool, Phillips #0 screwdriver, metal spludger, and iFixit opening pick. Soldering experience is needed.

Use the plastic opening tool to pry off the screen.

Remove the screen from the device.
Ask FixBot

Use the iFixit Opening Pick to pry off the charging port cover.

Remove the charging port cover.

Desolder the charging port from the circuit board.

Solder a new charging port in place of the old one.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
