What you need

    • Unplug the 2 connectors on the corner of the card.

    • Unscrew the shroud screws circled blue and lift up from the slot side pasing tabs between fan blades.

    • Remove the screw securing the power cable and bend away 2 metal tabs on the heat sink.

    • Remove fan screws circled red.

    • Red screws hold the heat sink.

    • With heat sink removed the last connector can be unplugged.

    • Remove blue screws to get to the thermal pads.
