After falling on the floor a few times, my AEE S80 action cam only displayed a white screen.

You need: A small torx screwdriver and a piece of rubber (e.g. from an old bicycle tube, but clean it properly from any talkum powder!)

Remove the six screws on the front, cut a ring from your rubber patch which exactly fits into the mold for the lens and assemble back together. Apparently the pressure against the PCB where the CCD is mounted needs to be increased.

Whether it's still waterproof afterwards? No idea...
