Introduction
After a fall, the power supply cable to the hub motor was injured. The motor stopped turning. On the Internet, I found photos of the opened motor, but no instructions for opening it. After I milled myself a suitable tool from an old plywood plate, it went quite smoothly. Not everyone has a CNC router, but the tool can also be made quite easily with a jigsaw and drill.

Remove the screw pinion. Then unscrew these three screws.

-
Fix the tool with three M5 screws of suitable length. Tighten the screws firmly. Turn the tool in the counterclockwise direction. At the beginning, help with a few strong hammer blows.

The wires were damaged by a fall. The motor did not turn anymore. Cut the cable here, then unscrew the half axle.
-
-
-
Pull the cable part with the plug through the half-axis and solder it. So that not all soldering points come to lie on each other, the cables are soldered in different lengths. The whole thing was insulated with heat shrink tubing.

The half axle is mounted again. Wrong the first time, as can be seen in the picture :-). The marking must be in the right place again so that the flats of the half-axis match the other half.

Now the motor can be reassembled. Before screwing the cover shut, grease the thread and use the special tool to screw the cover shut.
