2017 Yamaha Kodiak SE EPS Muffler Replacement

Introduction

You will need basic hand tools and a spring clip remover. Adding an aftermarket pipe is easy. You can do it.

    • Take off the rear rack and the seat. Remove top cover, left side panel, floor board, and rear fender.

    • Unhook retaining spring, unbolt hanger, and the pipe should slide off with minimal effort. (the springs are strong)

    • Slip new pipe on, reinstall retainer springs. Bolt hanger to frame. (no modifications necessary)

    • Put your plastics back on in reverse order of removal.
