Service Procedure

Installation of Double Vapor Parking Accessory

1 PURPOSE

Double Vapor Parking Accessory

The purpose of this document is to provide instruction for the installation of the Vapor Parking Accessory onto the anesthesia machine trolley.

The following parts are contained with the kit:

1. Double Vapor Parking Mount (P/N's listed in Fig. 1)
2. Stop Block (P/N 4115872)

2 INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. The Double Vapor Parking Mount will be installed on the trolley on the opposite side from the breathing system.
2. Install the Stop Block into the GCX rail.

WARNING:

Failure to install the Double Vapor Parking Mount within the specified range can lead to system instability and result in equipment damage or personal injury.

3. Install the Double Vapor Parking Mount into the GCX channel. Position the mount at the height indicated in Fig. 2 or Fig. 3. Tighten the two 3 mm set screws against the channel. Refer to Fig. 1 for set screw locations.
4. Position the Stop Block against the bottom of the Double Vapor Parking Mount and tighten the Stop Block Screw against the channel.
