Some basic problems with this bicycle can be found on the Windsor Willow Troubleshooting page.

Background and Identification

The Windsor Willow began selling in 2009, and is a specialty bike designed specifically for women looking to begin recreational or sport bicycle riding. Its name is written on both sides of the bike and comes in a couple different colors: Pastel Sea Green, Deep Purple, and Sunshine Yellow. It has several aspects that make it a quality road bike, but it is still within most budgets.

Those aspects include:

  • an aluminum frame design specifically engineered for women
  • Brifters (shifters that double as brakes) as well as normal brakes for different riding postions
  • A Shimano Sora 24 gear system, with three gears in the front and eight in the back for adaption to riding conditions (ie. hills, speed changes)
  • FDL Butted Ergo handlebars
