The Wii Wheel is a steering wheel accessory for the Wii Remote, used to hold said remote for motion-controlled steering in games such as Mario Kart Wii, which was often bundled with the Wii Wheel. The Wii Remote is placed in a slot in the center of the wheel, which contains rubber grip pads to hold it in place. The wheel contains no new functions of its own; rather, the Wii Remote's motion sensors are used, with the Wii Wheel being used mainly for comfort. The wheel also has a B trigger on the back. Said trigger presses down on the Wii Remote's own B button, as said button alone wouldn't reach far enough for a player to press down on it when the remote is placed in the casing.
