These are some common tools used to work on this device. You might not need every tool for every procedure.
This controller is compatible with the Nintendo Gamecube and Nintendo Wii using a Gamecube controller cable and port.
The controller features a D-pad, four face buttons in the style of the Nintendo Gamecube controller, a Start and Y button (labeled as Select) in the style of the Super Nintendo controller, digital L and R bumpers and two mirrored. There is also a Turbo modifier and a Turbo Clear button near the top of the front.
The controller is able to emulate a traditional D-pad or either left or right stick by holding down the corresponding D-pad direction and Start for about 5 seconds.
