Identification and Background ¶
The Lumix is a 2.0 megapixel camera built in with 2x digital zoom that is clearly identified on a factory sticker on the front left side of the camera. On the back, there is a 1.5" LCD display screen with the word "Panasonic" written underneath. The viewfinder is located directly above and slightly to the right of the screen. "Lumix" and the Lumix logo can be seen on the front, right of the camera and "Lumix" is printed along the top. For further reference to find out if your camera is a Lumix DMC-F7, you can check the serial number and model information on the bottom of the camera. On the lens screen, it should be "optical 2x zoom" and "1:2.8-4.0/5.3-10.6." Consult pictures on the device page to confirm you have the right camera.
