Milwaukee Tool's M12 battery platform includes the tiny, Bluetooth-enabled Milwaukee M12(model number 2592-20) Wireless Jobsite Speaker, which was first made available in late 2014 and formally retired on September 25, 2024. Its sturdy overmold and metal speaker grille are designed to endure jobsite conditions, and it has an incorporated hanging loop for easy placement. The speaker has a 2.1A USB connector for charging mobile devices, a 3.5 mm auxiliary input for wired playback, a premium driver with a bass port for enhanced sound quality, and Bluetooth connectivity with a range of about 30 feet. It is compatible with Milwaukee's current M12 tool ecosystem and runs on any M12 REDLITHIUM battery (separately sold). It came with a one-year limited warranty at first. There have been no major recalls or significant safety issues associated with this model, and its discontinuation appears to be part of the normal product lifecycle updates as newer audio jobsite solutions were introduced.

The Milwaukee M12 2592-20 Wireless Jobsite Speaker has a compact, rectangular body with a rugged black overmold exterior and a silver metal front speaker grille. The Milwaukee logo and control panel are located on the top front of the device, featuring power/Bluetooth, volume up (+), and volume down (–) buttons in red. A built-in hanging loop is positioned at the top for jobsite placement. The speaker operates using a removable M12 REDLITHIUM battery that attaches at the back of the unit. The model number 2592-20 can be found on a manufacturer label located on the bottom or rear of the device. This model is only available in Milwaukee’s signature red and black color scheme.
