Lenovo ThinkPad T15g Gen 2 Repair

The Lenovo Thinkpad T15g Gen2 was released on May 22, 2023. Models with a discrete GPU are known as P15 Gen2. It was released the same time as the T15p Gen 2 and before the T15 Gen2. The Lenovo Thinkpad T15g Gen2 was released for professional use with a relatively powerful CPU and GPU as well as easily expandable memory and storage that can be used for 3D CAD projects and similarly demanding professional applications. The Thinkpad T15g Gen2 has a battery life of ~10 hours under light to moderate use.

The Lenovo ThinkPad T15g Gen 2 has a smart card reader, an SD card reader, a USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port, and a Kensington lock slot on it’s right side. It also has an HDMI 2.1/ 2.0 port, a USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port, a Nano-SIM card slot, and a headphone/mic port on it’s left side. On the back it has an RJ45 port, a USB-C port, two USB-C Thunderbolt™ 4 ports, and a DC power in port.
