Background
The Lenovo IdeaTab S2109A-F was released in March 2012 and runs Android 4.0. The tablet has a 1,024x768 pixel resolution IPS panel display and is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor made by OMAP, and 2GB of DDR2 RAM. The IdeaTab S2109A-F features Bluetooth 3.0, 802.11 WiFI, GPS tracking with a digital compass, as well as gyroscope, and accelerometer sensors.
Currently, there are no known recalls from Lenovo on this product. However, there is a recovery mode should you have issues with your device. To access this recovery mode hold the power and both volume buttons till the tablet vibrates, then let go of the power button while still holding down the two volume buttons, the tablet should boot into recovery mode.

The Lenovo IdeaTab S2109A-F's serial number can be found on a label located on the back of the tablet.
