My Xbox 360 has recently been flashed but I soon regretted the decision, as a decent internet connection came to my disposal shortly after. I now want to play on live but don't want to risk being banned. is there a way that I can remove the flash and use it freely on Xbox live?

Barend Hayes, try this answer from here. There must be a gazillion ways out there, just do a search about "flashing to stock" and see what works for you.
