I don't know
When I open my radio on the screen it say protect E01 so I don't know how And where I can find this E01 to fix the matter

E01 is the system protecting itself, it is usually related to a short on the amplifier or subwoofer wiring. Also over heating from not having proper ventilation or the internal fan has stopped working.
Unplug the system from the mains and inspect the speaker wiring and check vents are clear.
Leave the system off and unplugged from the mains for 30-40mins to reset the error then power it back on.
