Won't Drain While Running

For the Quiet Partner I, I have the problem that it keeps leaking water. I originally thought it was a bad seal.

After a few troubleshooting sessions I have realized it does not drain while in operation, the bottom fills up till it overflows.

If I push the drain button it will drain. Completely.

Hi @rbbp8s8kbeq1ops

Could be a sticking float assembly, a sticking float lever or perhaps a faulty float switch

Here's the tech sheet for the dishwasher.

Enter the Service Diagnostic test mode as described on p.2 (left side) and see if there's a 6 4 (Float switch open) error code being shown when running the tests.

If there is the sheet describes all the possible reasons for this to occur.

If you find the problem and it's due to a faulty part that needs replacing, here's the parts list that is useful.

Locate the wanted part in the list and note the part number that is shown with it. Search online for the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
