@mamadoufadiga, I trimmed your panic log; only the very first part is useful to anyone who isn't an Apple software engineer.

This is a problem with the screen. Here's the smoking gun:

What this tells us is that there is an issue on I2C bus 3; the phone can't communicate with the memory chip on the display. Although it could be an issue with that signal anywhere along the electrical path, it's most likely to be on the screen itself. Chances are very good that replacing your screen will fix the problem.

Step 1 – Did You Replace the Screen?

If yes:

  • Was it third-party?
  • Did the panic start after the replacement?

If yes to either → very likely display related.

Step 2 – If You're on Beta

Since you're on Beta:

Best test:
Restore tothe latest public release (non-beta) using a computer.

If the panic stops → it was software.

Step 3 – Quick Self-Checks

Does your phone:

  • Randomly reboot?
  • Flicker?
  • Have True Tone disabled?
  • Show “Unknown Part” under display in Settings?
  • Get warm near the top of the screen?

If yes to any → display hardware likely.
