Why it won't open?
it has no battery, so we we're using it's own charger to open it. after using it a long time, it won't open like it usually do whenever we're opening it. I wonder why?

1 'Head reset' unplugging the adapter and hold the power button for 30 seconds to drain the residual power.

Damaged Charging Port (DC Jack)
