I clicked on Bluetooth, and it says rejected

Does the BT turn on in the vehicle?
If it does then is it then not pairing?

It is 2013, and it turns on, but yes, it shows BT works when you click on it, and it says rejected, but I don't know why

Can you check how many BT devices are stored in the BT available list in the car's BT?
There may be no more room to connect a new device
