Why my tablet can't receive and make calls

My device doesn't support calls. What could be the reason? I need your support answer.

What is the model number of the tablet (look on the back cover at the bottom)?

If it is an SM-X210 then it is a WiFi only tablet i.e. it cannot connect to the mobile phone network as there is nowhere to insert a SIM card into the tablet. It can connect to the internet using the WiFi feature

If it is an SM-X216B then it is an LTE/5G tablet which means that it can make/receive calls, as long as there's a SIM card inserted into the tablet.
