Hi well First thing you should check is Check the Display by ******use an external monitor by Connect to an external screen via VGA port. And see if the screen is visible on the external screen and try to Perform a Hard Reset on your laptop which can help you in fixing the issue as well. So here how you can do the hard reset on your laptop:

  • Turn off the laptop.
  • Disconnect all external devices and the charger.
  • Remove the battery.
  • Hold the power button for 15 seconds.
  • Reconnect the battery and power adapter, then turn it on.
