Do you have a PC repair shop nearby? Maybe it's best to take it to them. With so little to work from it's anyone's guess what the problem it here.

It could be a number of things. First, check if the power cable is securely connected and if the outlet works. Try a different power cable or outlet just to be sure.
If the fans don't spin or there are no lights, it might be a power supply issue. If the fans run fast but there's no display, it could be a hardware failure like RAM or motherboard. Also, look for any beeping sounds—they can indicate specific problems.
