Why can't I access my Wi-Fi on the device?

My Wi-Fi just suddenly turned off and the option disappeared from my device and cannot seem to find or access it.

What is the status of the Intel WLAN adapter as shown in Device Manager > Network Adapters e.g. red cross, yellow exclamation mark, working OK or not listed at all?

If not at all check if it may be listed under Other devices or Hidden Devices in Device Manager and if still not there check if it is being detected in BIOS.

If also not in BIOS then the WLAN card may be faulty.

Your Wi-Fi adapter may be disabled or malfunctioning. Try restarting your device, checking Device Manager (on Windows) or Network settings (on Mac), and ensuring the Wi-Fi driver is enabled and up to date.
