A furnace is a heating system that warms air or water through combustion of fuel or electricity, distributing heat throughout a building via ducts or pipes. Efficient and powerful, furnaces are central to home heating, offering quick temperature rise and consistent warmth.

Hi @nicholaswi67876

What is the make and model number of the furnace?

Also the energy source? If AC powered, its source as well.

So you have a York gas furnace (under a different name), is that correct? Are you using Natural Gas or Propane?

Hi @nicholaswi67876

If the furnace turns on and then shuts down shortly after it could be a problem with the flame sensor not detecting the temperature correctly.

Here's a video that shows how to replace it which may help.

As best as I can find out the part number shown in the video is the one for the sensor in your model furnace.

If you think that it may be the problem search online for 02537499000 to find suppliers that suit you best (examples only)
