Just clarifying that it doesn't start at all i.e. no fan sound, no HDD spin up sound, not getting warm etc or that it does start but there's no display showing?
If it does "start" try connecting an external monitor (TV?) to the laptop's HDMI port and check if there's a display showing on it once Windows has loaded. Don't forget to press the F7 key (or Fn + F7) to switch the display output from the laptop to the external display
