wally, I am not sure which software you are looking for. There is none to "fix it" but there is SAMSUNG PC Studio that you can download from here. As for the restarting, you might want to give us more detail. It is important to know if there is and water damage or if anything that might have happened to your phone. Restarting issues are usually caused by either firmware having difficult loading or power issues, like a bad battery.
