dvd opening and closing repeatedly and can't turn off

as soon as I turn on the xbox 1.3, the DVD starts to open and close repeatedly until (in a completely random way) it stops and starts reading the discs (if they are present), I noticed that when the openxeniun chip starts this doesn't happen but it starts again when I start the dashboard. this problem was present even before the chip was installed and i've just try to change dvd with another from another working xbox. the console also has another flaw, present even before the installation of the chip, if I turn off the console it keeps turning back on, the only way to stop it is to remove the power cable.

Edit:

I cleaned the contacts above and below the motherboard and the dvd doesn't open and loop anymore.

But I didn't solve the power loop problem.

I noticed that in the part below some tracks they could be cut.

I also noticed that some capacitors may be swollen

But other than that the Xbox works quietly.

This is indeed caused by the clock capacitor leaking onto the motherboard traces and these will need repairing or jumping using wire to fix. The CPU caps are all going on these too, but these don't cause any damage, just eventually fail so the unit won't boot up. The model of the board looks like a 1.2-1.4 so you can remove the clock capacitor completely or replace it. You'll need a set of CPU caps to replace the others below the CPU heatsink. I service these in the UK if needed and stock all parts. Also have friends in the US that can help.
