I want to open my Packard Bell Maestro 222Ws, can't figure out how.

My monitor has an issue where it will take a while to show display signal after being turned on and then recieving video signal from any of the ports.
I believe it could be an internal component not granting enough voltage, so I wanted to open it, as there's no guides anywhere aside from the Service Manual (which does not tell me how to remove the back cover) and there doesn't seem to be any screws aside from the one next to the HDMI (already removed in the picture)], which didn't seem to help open it.⏎
Any assistance?
