Why is everything blurry and won't focus?

There isn't any focus and all the photos come out blurry. Only sometimes when I zoom in it is a little focused. Everything else functions

Maybe there is some software problem. Did you reset the camera to the factory default?. what's weird is if you have the camera in manual mode and switch to auto it gets really bad. 04/16/2024: New firmware updates are available.
