My phone's doesn't work without charging

My phone doesn't work without a charging cable it's stuck on display screen without charging and every single time if i have to use phone i have to use a charging cable and then it turns on like it's on direct mode don't work without any power supply

Hi!

Sounds like the battery just died... Did you tried to replace it? I would do this first and see what happens.

The phone is also completely up to date, right?
