Please describe further what is wrong with it, is it one or all the keys, can you connect other keyboards to your laptop, and what happened to make it not work?

Hey man,

Can you describe what you were doing when this happened? Have you gotten it to work? have you tried taking it apart? You need to provide details for us so we can answer your question.

Hi. Please provide more details. you can try:

  1. Different USB port (or PS/2, if it is that)
  2. Check the keyboard cable for damages. It is more common than you think to accidentally damage a keyboard cable.
  3. If you have other keyboards, try them. If you think it might be an OS problem, you can try the on screen keyboard available on windows. (If you use windows)
  4. If it is a laptop and you are comfortable opening it, make sure that the keyboard ribbon cable is seated all the way. also, clean the cable.
  5. If nothing works, then your keyboard is probably dead.
