Xbox won't turn on after dog chewed power supply cable

My Xbox was working fine and then my dog chewed up the cable, on one power supply the Xbox light just blinks and on another the power supply just blinks and I can't figure out the problem.

Simple. The dog broke it. Replace the cable.

Cables put under stress can brake out of sight within the insulation.

I did I used a whole seperate power supply and the logo on the Xbox proceeded to just flash

Oh yes just reread your question. The the damaged power supply cable must have caused internal damage.
