Why is my PC fam have sound and the PC don't open? How can I fix it

How it do not open? Like it do not post to screan?
I will hope that it is what you mean by that. If not then tell me.
Reasons:
- The screan is broken
- To see if it is realy broken plug in some externeal monitor or TV that
- To fix it you need to change the screan
- The internal Grafic card is broken
- For this I will probable by new notebook cuse if you can not change the CPU or GPU chip (I do not now if the CPU is alsso a GPU) you will need to change the whole matherboard
- The RAM is broken
It can allways be any other reason. You can opean the laptop and see if there is anything broken. Somtimes it make soeme beep sound or there is light on motherboard.
