If Win 10/11 is installed in the laptop, try the following and check if that resolves the problem:
Turn on the laptop and when the laptop boots into Windows, press and hold the power button to force stop the laptop until it shuts down.
Do this 3 times in a row i.e. start → boot → force stop → start → boot → force stop etc.
On the 3rd attempt it should boot into the Windows Recovery Environment menus.
If it does then go to Troubleshoot → Advanced → System restore and check if there is a restore point created before you did the update. If so select the restore point and follow the prompts.
If there is no Restore point, go back and click on Troubleshoot → Advanced → Startup Repair and follow the prompts.
If you can't access the WRE menus as described above, you can create a Windows Recovery drive from any known working Win10/11 PC. All you need is an 8GB USB flashdrive and 40-60 minutes of time.
In the host PC go to Control Panel →Recovery → Create a recovery drive and follow the prompts.
Once you have the recovery USB, insert it into the laptop and then when starting the laptop, press the F12 key to bring up the one time boot menu. Select the USB drive as the boot option. The laptop should boot into the WRE menus.
Follow the procedure as described above when in the WRE menus for what to try to restore the OS.

@vipulbhavsar your question is a bit confusing. It sounds like you turn your computer off while trying to reinstall Windows? Try and explain step by step what you did and what happened.
