Hi @izakb3360,

What is the model number of the charger?

Assuming that you have checked that there's no DC voltage on the output plug, you will have to open the charger and then first check if the wires in the charger's output cable have continuity from the circuit board in the charger to the output side of the connector plug at the end of the cable.

If the cable is OK you will have to start checking the components on the circuit board.

Safety notice: I suggest that you initially do this with the charger disconnected from any power outlet as there will be exposed lethal AC voltage on the board in the charger if the charger is plugged into a power outlet.
