Replaced Power Supply Still Won't Stay On

Hey everyone! I replaced the power in a Playstation 5 (Disk Version) and it still isn't staying powered on. I turns off for like 2 seconds then powers back off. Any ideas?

Options

on for 2 secs then off is possibly a shorted component on the motherboard like a capacitor
