do you have a repair guide for the index's headphones?

i'm having problems with the left headphone cutting out when it is at a certain angle and i believe it to be a faulty cable inside but i am not sure how to disassemble it

i had a problem with the left headphone because headstrap's connection to the headset was a bit loose. Try using a long t6 screwdriver and tightening the headstrap connection. There's a hole in the face gasket on the left side of the left lens to tighten it up
