My iHome iH6 won't turn on after 2 weeks of not using the same adaptor

My power adaptor that I use for my iHome iH6 won't work after 2 weeks of not using it. All it does is shine orange on the buttons on the top and act like it's only running on batteries.

@dia1tofficial check the output voltage on your adapter. Move the connector around while you measure to see if you have a broken wire/connector.

Try a different power adapter to make sure it is not your iHome and the connector in that one.

I don't know how, but this also used to get power with a 12 volt DC adaptor just fine, and now it doesn't work. I tried another one from Netgear before and that still wouldn't work. :(
